Olga Baum has a distinguished background in real estate that includes expertly navigating the waters of International luxury real estate where she has successfully represented buyers and sellers from Russia, Scotland, Bolivia, Czech Republic, Poland, Asia, Israel, the Middle East and the United States.
At the age of 24 her career brought her to the United States when she helped organize the Russian Ballet Tour of the Nutcracker with US impresario Akiva Talmi of Pittsfield, MA. Her "make things happen" attitude allowed her to obtain visas for the whole tour group of 38 people at US Embassy in Moscow. While at the time, there were tanks and military in the streets during Russian constitutional crisis, known as 1993 October Coup. This tour is still running today.
Olga began her real estate career in 1996 with Moscow's premiere property services firm, CB Richard Ellis Noble Gibbons, she quickly amassed a network of international clients and business contacts while assisting Fortune 500 companies expand into Russia.
Upon returning to US she earned her Real Estate license in New York in 1998, Olga's savvy business sense and personal pedigree quickly led to success in brokering sales of residential homes, condominiums, multifamily buildings, mixed-use properties and redevelopment opportunities in New York's energetic and influential market.
To master her property valuation skills and get better insights into property market dynamics Olga acquired NY Real Estate Appraiser Assistant license in 2002.
In 2006, Olga added her Florida Real Estate Broker license to her portfolio and qualified for FL State registered trainee Appraiser as well.
She quickly assimilated into the dynamic world of South Florida luxury real estate. Her experience Internationally and in New York enhances her growing South Florida clientele's needs. As well as direct marketing opportunities in NY.
Born and raised in Moscow, Olga has studied and practiced ballet since the age of eight in a prominent Moscow children's dance group. She has danced on some of Moscow's most impressive stages including the Bolshoi Theater and the Kremlin. She graduated with Bachelor's degree from Moscow Pedagogical University in English Language and Literature.
When she first visited the United States in 1993 as part of the Russian Ballet's Tour of The Nutcracker she fell in love with Florida. 13 years later, she eventually bought a condo in Fort Lauderdale and made South Florida her permanent home. Currently Olga is a resident of luxurious Boca Raton in Palm Beach county.
